Thermo Fisher Scientific Israel is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide professional, responsive, and high-quality support throughout the customer journey.
Role Description
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and manage customer requests from initial inquiry through resolution. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience across orders, deliveries, installations, service activities, invoicing, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support.
Process and manage customer orders and provide proactive updates throughout the order lifecycle.
Coordinate deliveries, installations, service visits, and repairs.
Support invoicing, billing, payment, and related documentation inquiries.
Take ownership of open customer cases, follow up on progress, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and service information in CRM, ERP, and related systems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, order management, service coordination, customer operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
Proven experience managing customer requests and processes from initial inquiry through completion and resolution.
Experience with order processing, customer documentation, invoicing, and customer-facing operational processes.
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and SAP experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in life sciences, healthcare, laboratory equipment, scientific instrumentation, or related industries is an advantage.
