Phoenix ESOP is Israel’s leading provider of equity compensation administration and trustee services, helping companies manage stock options, RSUs, and share-based incentive plans for employees and executives.
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Valuation Analyst to join our growing team.
As a Valuation Analyst, you will work with founders, executives, investors, lawyers, accountants, and other key stakeholders across the high-tech ecosystem. You will gain hands-on experience in valuing private companies, stock options, equity securities, and complex financial instruments for financial reporting and strategic purposes.
In addition to valuation-related work, you will take part in the development and enhancement of our proprietary valuation platform, helping translate business needs into technological solutions and identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare 409A valuations and other valuation analyses for private companies.
• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation frameworks.
• Conduct market research, comparable company analysis, and industry research.
• Analyze financial statements, business plans, and operating metrics.
• Support projects related to M&A transactions, fundraising rounds, and IPO readiness.
• Prepare professional valuation reports and client deliverables.
• Work directly with founders, management teams, investors, attorneys, and auditors.
• Participate in the design, improvement, and testing of internal systems and technological tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

• BA or BSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong technological mindset and curiosity for systems, automation, and innovation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
