- חסוי -Ra’anana based Consumer Electronics manufacturer has immediate opening for Manager of Accounting with US related experience.
Management of all relevant accounting tasks of US affiliate.
General ledger, APs and ARs
Intercompany reconciliations among affiliates.
Review, recording and mgmt. of journal entries, invoices and payment schedule
Bank reconciliations for local US vendors
Detailed financial analysis of COGs, inventories, APs etc.
Generating financial reports to management and third parties.
Generating routine P&L statements, Balance Sheets
Routine Budget monitoring, supervising, management and recording
Cash management, collections, payments and detailed routine reporting for sr. management
US Staff payroll management, incl. benefits, contracts etc. and tax reporting
Interface with external accountant, insurers etc.
Job Requirements:MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
US experience- a must!!
Solid hands-on experience with day-to-day US accounting work. Ideally, with several years of US-based in-house accountancy.
Familiarity with GAAP requirements
Hand-on track record in managing APs, ARs, payroll, general ledger postings and invoicing,
Good familiarity with financial reporting, regulations, payroll and taxes in the US.
Excellent proficiency with Excel incl. ability to generate sensitivity runs
Experience with ERP - Advantage!
Very good written and verbal communication in English a must
Reasonable Hebrew skills
