Own the program plan: scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking across multiple engineering workstreams.
Coordinate between algorithm, RF/payload, SW and ground-segment teams to keep interfaces and assumptions aligned.
Translate technical progress and blockers into clear status updates for leadership and adjacent teams.
Drive decisions on trade-offs (schedule vs. scope vs. performance) by facilitating technical discussions, not just tracking tasks.
Manage ation, reviews, and hand-offs between research/analysis and implementation phases.

Required qualifications
Proven track record managing complex, technical engineering programs from concept through delivery.
Strong enough technical fluency to engage directly with algorithm/optimization and systems engineers on their work.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable driving alignment across multiple technical stakeholders.
Experience with program management tooling and processes (roadmaps, risk registers, milestone tracking).
Preferred qualifications
Background or experience in wireless communications, satellite systems, or signal processing programs.
Experience managing programs that span research/algorithm development and hardware or systems integration.
PMP or equivalent program management certificatio
