What you’ll do?
-Turn open-ended educational challenges into working products.
-Own the full product lifecycle - from idea and hands-on development to launch and iteration.
-Make product and technical decisions, balancing user needs with what’s possible.
-Partner with engineering, product, and pedagogy experts to experiment, ship, and improve.

What you’ll bring?
-Deep technical expertise and a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
-Strong Python and JavaScript skills, with hands-on experience building with AI.
-Product judgment and a founder’s mindset: you spot opportunities, take initiative, and own outcomes.
-The ability to bring people together and lead without formal authority.
Bonus points:
-You’ve founded something or built a meaningful side project.
-Experience in military technology units.
-A background in Data Science.
-Familiarity with EdTech or learning products.
