MATRIX is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer that will:
Design, develop, and maintain embedded software components for Linux-based systems.
Analyze, debug, and optimize system-level software and networking components.
Investigate complex performance, stability, and scalability issues.
Develop features and enhancements for networking services and protocols.
Work mainly with user-space components to improve system functionality and reliability.
Support customer issues and perform root-cause analysis for field-reported problems.
Create technical design documents, implementation plans, and engineering documentation.
Develop tools and automation scripts to improve development, testing, and deployment efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and Linux internals.
