Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle, including business requirements, scope definition, planning, stakeholder alignment, testing, implementation, go-live, and post-implementation follow-up. Manage system enhancements, configuration changes, change requests, releases, and ongoing application improvements. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, define requirements, and translate them into application solutions. Provide application support and user guidance, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution with relevant internal teams or external vendors. Manage and coordinate external application vendors, including requirements, open items, deliverables, timelines, issue resolution, and implementation activities. Support testing activities, including system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect follow-up, and validation of new functionality. Prepare and maintain system documentation, processes, user guides, project materials, and training materials. Support system adoption and implementation activities, including user communication, training, change management, and go-live support. Monitor project and application-related tasks, dependencies, risks, timelines, and action items, and provide clear status updates to relevant stakeholders. Participate in cross-organizational technology initiatives and Business Applications projects. Support departmental and OCIO-related activities when required, including information gathering, coordination, reporting, and preparation of management materials.
