PwC Israel is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT team and provide professional technical support to employees across the organization
What you’ll do
Provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, manage user accounts and access, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure fast, high-quality service

1+ year of experience in Help Desk / IT Support *
Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP & GPO *
Hands-on experience supporting end users, devices & applications *
Strong English – written and spoken *
Excellent service orientation, proactive approach & teamwork *
