We're seeking an experienced Priority ERP Customer Migration Project Manager to lead migrations from legacy to next-generation Priority solutions within our CX PMO team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer migration pipeline with Priority ERP – track status, maintain data accuracy, coordinate with all legacy product users
• Plan and coordinate migrations – develop customized timelines, roadmaps, and transition plans for each customer
• Serve as primary customer contact – provide ongoing communication and professional support throughout migrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Product, R&D, Technical Support, Customer Relations, and Delivery to ensure migration success
• Identify and resolve issues – spot blockers early, create action plans, execute solutions
• Report progress – deliver regular updates on metrics, KPIs, and migration velocity
דרישות התפקיד
• B.A./B.Sc Business Administration, Industrial Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years managing customer-facing projects with Priority ERP (implementation, delivery, integration)
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP required, familiarity with Priority's SCM and mobile solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and diverse customer profiles
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Business fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
