תיאור משרה
We are looking for a highly hands-on, technically oriented individual to join the team as a Testing Center Technical Specialist, while also supporting our New Product Introduction (NPI) field activities.
The primary focus of the position will be to support the technical operation of the Testing Center, including:
Perform daily maintenance and technical support of Kornit equipment in the Testing Center.
Operate Kornit systems during Alpha testing.
Support the technical aspects of the Testing Center’s daily activities.
Ensure systems are available and ready to support planned testing activities.
In parallel, we want to strengthen the connection between product development, internal testing, and the reality of customer production environments.
The position includes up to 50% travel and work at customer sites, mainly during the first half of 2027.

Highly hands-on and technically oriented – comfortable working directly with machines, hardware, software, and production environments.
A strong troubleshooter with a systematic approach to problem solving and root-cause investigation.
Comfortable working independently at customer sites and taking ownership of technical activities.
Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, particularly during periods of intensive NPI field activity.
Comfortable interacting directly with customers and production teams.
