Reports to: Project Manager
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin
What will you do?
Managing all planning activities of the R&D department, such as:
Responsible for preparing the annual work plan and budget of the R&D department
Managing program's workplans
Managing QBR preparations
Managing R&D development dashboard
Follow-up on R&D activities, e.g. decisions and AI, schedule control, budget and risk management
Assisting the VP of R&D with the Management activities of the Department
Being right hand for our program mangers by preparing, tracking and controlling projects timeline
Building the needed infrastructure and process and guiding the relevant stakeholders
Verifying and guiding R&D reviews and managerial routines and following up processes
Building, maintaining and presenting an overall R&D activities dashboard and issuing a quarterly update
Leading the management of information and controlling the documentation in the department
Constitute a link between the R&D and the departments of finance, operation and service

Job Requirements:What should you have?
B.Sc Industrial Engineering and Management
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance and monitoring of work plans and budgets
Proven experience in project management - R&D projects in particular
Experience in international organization- Advantage
English-excellent written and oral communication skills – Mandatory

Location: Ink Plant in Kiryat-Gat
We are looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer to be responsible for the equipment design, installation, integration, ATPs and production support. The successful candidate will be able to improve equipment availability in parallel with process engineers and maintenance team in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
What will you do?
·Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve equipment availability and production rates.
·To develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for plant products.
·Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates, equipment availability and quality of output.
·Provide manufacturing data i.e. tools availability, reliability, machine capability, to improve the run rate and monitor and measure progress to target.
·A typical day in the life of an equipment engineering engineer might include: Maintaining and analysing problem areas with existing equipment and machinery. Developing solutions for common issues. Developing and testing prototypes for new types of equipment. Calibrating machinery, making calculations, conducting tests, and evaluating efficiency
·Assist in developing, implementing and managing the key quality and integrity processes required to ensure that the mechanical equipment is in accordance with plant requirements
