For our AI Data Platform Group in Haifa, we seek an AI & Software Engineer to join the team leading the organization’s AI and GenAI transformation
The AI Data Platform Group is a core enterprise team responsible for the AI-native data platform and for leading the vision and development of the Company Brain. We build and manage the full AI and GenAI lifecycle, from infrastructure, data services, labeling, AI model development, and advanced data asset management, accelerating the shift into an AI and data-driven enterprise
As part of this role, you will help build the Company Brain, an enterprise intelligence platform connecting organizational knowledge, data, processes, people, and AI agents into a trusted, scalable ecosystem
You will work with advanced AI technologies, modern data platforms, and cross-organizational teams while shaping next-generation GenAI capabilities across the company
In this role you will
Define the architecture, technical roadmap, development, and company-wide rollout of the Company Brain platform
Design and develop scalable frameworks for connecting, ingesting, and unifying organizational data sources, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems
Drive adoption and implementation of the Company Brain across business and engineering domains, ensuring data is contextual, high quality, and ready for GenAI use
Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise data layer and cross-organizational data platforms supporting the company’s GenAI capabilities
Build core data services, ingestion and processing pipelines, data access and integration layers, and retrieval infrastructure such as RAG pipelines, vector stores, and semantic search to enable scalable, secure, and efficient AI adoption
Ensure data platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, governed, and accessible across the organization
Develop and integrate data-driven GenAI services addressing diverse organizational needs
Lead end-to-end projects from requirements through development to production deployment
Coordinate team plans, priorities, and delivery timelines while ensuring collaboration and alignment with stakeholders across multiple organizational interfaces
Promote engineering excellence through communication, documentation, ownership, and accountability
Continuously explore emerging GenAI and data platform capabilities
Share knowledge and best practices within the team and across the organization
דרישות התפקיד
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience from elite IDF tech units
At least 3 years of experience developing production-grade software systems
Experience designing AI systems from concept to production
Strong development experience in Python and Linux environments
Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG, MCP, context engineering, knowledge graphs, and agent orchestration
Hands-on experience with vector databases, semantic search, and large-scale RAG architectures
Proficiency with cloud and on-prem deployments
Proven technical leadership or lead engineer experience including planning, milestones, and delivery
Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and organizational interfaces
Experience designing and building enterprise-scale data platforms, pipelines, and data layers – Advantage
Experience with enterprise search, knowledge management, knowledge graphs, or semantic retrieval systems – Advantage
Experience with AI agent platforms and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar – Advantage
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security in enterprise environments – Advantage
Experience with MLOps or LLMOps practices and CI/CD for AI and data systems – Advantage
Experience integrating diverse organizational data sources – Advantage
