Define and lead the Group’s Product Strategy, Roadmap, prioritization and KPIs, with ownership of the
end-to-end B2C customer journey, from onboarding and KYC through funding, trading, withdrawals and
self-service.
• Lead the product vision for Mobile, Web and the Group’s proprietary trading platform, setting high
standards for UX/UI, automation, customer experience and business outcomes.
• Build and lead the Product organization, working across Technology and business functions to deliver
complex, scalable, multi-system solutions.

• Significant proven experience building automated end-to-end B2C customer journeys, including Digital
Onboarding, KYC, Payments and Money Movement.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Brokerage or a similar financial technology environment, with
good knowledge of capital markets.
• Significant experience with Mobile and Web products, combined with deep UX/UI and Product Design
understanding.
• Strong technological orientation and proven experience leading complex technology products involving
development teams, APIs, integrations and multiple systems.
