Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the local IT infrastructure, including network, local file servers, and printing services.
• Provide end-user support for laptops — troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
• Perform daily monitoring of the server room to ensure systems are healthy and operational.
• Diagnose and resolve local network and Wi-Fi issues, collaborating closely with L2/L3 infrastructure teams as needed.
• Maintain high CSAT (customer satisfaction) with local management and end users through responsive, professional support.
• Participate in L2-level tasks and initiatives alongside global IT teams.
• Occasionally write clear instructions/guides for end users (rare, but expected when needed).
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles to document solutions and processes.
• Support users local and remotely in different regions
דרישות התפקיד
- at least 2 years of experience in an IT Support / IT Engineer role, with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 and MS Office. Knowledge of Linux and macOS will be considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and O365 (advantageous).
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues.
- Experience supporting local network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers and file servers).
- Comfortable working independently in a small IT team/environment while coordinating with larger global teams.
- Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
- Full professional command of both English and Hebrew, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to document processes clearly and maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Well-organised, open-minded, proactive and a team player.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop IT skills.
