PwC Israel is looking for an HRBP to join our HR team and support PwC’s Consulting Group on a maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension
In this role, you will partner closely with managers and business leaders, providing HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle and supporting supporting a dynamic, technology-driven business environment
:What you’ll do
Partner with managers on employee lifecycle matters, including onboarding, performance management, career development, employee relations and offboarding
Drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture and support employee retention
Lead and implement global HR processes, including performance evaluations, feedback cycles and engagement surveys
Manage employee welfare programs and budgets
Work with HR systems and data, including reporting and HR analytics
Collaborate with local and global HR teams on various people-related projects and initiatives
דרישות התפקיד
:What we’re looking for
1-2 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a large or global organizatio
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; Master’s degree – an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a highly service-oriented approach
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HR systems and knowledge of Israeli labor laws
Fluent English – written and spoken
