Role Overview The Customer Success Team Lead will own the performance, development, and execution of a team managing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Global Strategy & Change Management Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Director of CX to design, refine, and roll out global customer success strategies and playbooks. Global Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams in our other global offices to ensure operational alignment, consistent customer journeys, and unified performance metrics. Training & Enablement: Lead the creation and delivery of continuous training programs, ensuring all global and local reps are proficient in value-led methodology, product adoption techniques, and new features. Local Team Leadership & Performance Team Development: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing local team of approximately three Customer Success professionals. Accountability: Set clear execution standards, conduct regular 1:1s, and build a culture focused on driving customer outcomes, retention, and growth.
