Proven customer facing experience
Experience with leading projects (lead and own the process, partner with the client, drive a project from a strategic plan to execution, engage with and drive internal and external stakeholders)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentation skills
Motivated and independent
University/ college degree
Technical background -must
Consulting background – advantage
Experience in the Digital marketing market, especially for SMBs – a significant advantage
English – Mother tongue level
Spanish - advantage
Startup mentality – thrives in a fast-moving environment

They are looking for:
¢ VP Sale, in a fast-paced environment which works worldwide
¢ A true leader who is passionate about customers and closing deals and can also mentor and lead others to success.
¢ Someone who can make an impact. If you want to join in a collaborative selling. environment, build and manage a state-of-the-art, high-velocity sales team, then you are likely the right fit.
¢ Reporting to the CEO.
¢ Major duties include hiring, training & coaching Sales Executives, mentoring & reporting on sales metrics and managing the sales administration.

During this role you will:
" Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-velocity sales team.
" Own the entire sales cycle globally.
" Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects.
" Evaluate and improve sales processes.
" Coach existing Sales Executives and push them to excellence.
" Conduct weekly forecast meetings.
" Report on sales activity and accurately forecast all business to the CEO.
" Monitor the sales activity and tracking the results.
" Measure and analyze key performance metrics.
" Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level.
" Participate in varied sales activities requiring perseverance, preparation, ingenuity, and responsibility.
" Meet or over-achieve quotas, pipelines, forecast goals, and other defined objectives.
Job Requirements:What Should You have?
" Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven.
" Highly creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
" 15+ year of experience as a Sales Leader for B2B, SaaS, or E-commerce solutions.
" Developing Enterprise B2B and SaaS Sales methodologies.
" Track record of overachieving quota in past positions as Hunter and closer at heart.
" Proven ability to meet and exceed personal and team goals & objectives.
