Corporate Counsel - NASA, G & A Legal

As the Corporate Counsel you will serve as a leading focal point for our Stratasys Asia Pacific (NASA) business unit. The Position is located in Israel (Stratasys Rehovot HQ).
In this position, you will be responsible for offering day-to-day legal counseling to NASA regarding corporate, commercial, employment and other tasks normally entrusted with internal counsels in similar positions, working closely as a trusted advisor to this business’ management. In addition to these responsibilities, the NASA and Corporate Matters counsel may be responsible to providing legal advice to designated corporate units, such as business development, Corporate Social Responsibility projects, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
•Commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including with strategic customers, resellers and distributors
•Developing and implementing compliance mechanisms and processes in the areas of: anti-corruption, antitrust, data security, export control and privacy compliance, as well as other compliance requirements
•Implementation and training business unit personnel re our corporate compliance policies
•Responsible for providing Israeli and Asia-Pacific employment and litigation advice, directly or in cooperation with external counsels
•Responsible for reviewing and negotiating business development type agreements – alliances, cooperation, joint developments agreements, investments and M&A agreements
•Assist on other legal matters and contribute to the overall legal function
•Managing local outside counsels
•Regular interface and focal point to a highly interactive legal / business teams
•Other responsibilities customarily assigned to in-house corporate counsels
Job Requirements:Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
•Must possess a BA from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in Israel; MBA is an advantage
•7-10 years of progressively complex experience in compliance, commercial and transactional law; ?Previous experience working with Asia Pacific region is an advantage
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an in house counsel for a US or other publicly traded company;
•Must be an English native speaker
•Strong initiative skills, as well as excellent management, teamwork, delegation and problem-solving abilities;
•Experience working constructively and persuasively with business leaders and staff;
•Excellent business counseling, client service, drafting and negotiating skills;
•Highly motivated with good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;
•Professional maturity, strong leadership skills and proven experience in bringing people together to resolve problems;
•Good analytical and reasoning skills as well as the ability to create and communicate complex and innovative legal solutions;
•Experience working in a complex and high-pressured international business environment;
•Strong PC skills, communication skills, both verbal and written;
•Experience in program and process development; and
•Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ability to manage through change and to lead change when appropriate
•Ability to work well with others.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the establishment of Inside Sales organization Including:
•Structuring the process, procedures, communication and flow between functional groups, providing reports and analysis
•Develop key performance indicators and develop a system to consistently track and improve performance to meet revenue targets
•Hiring Inside Sales personnel
•Build and deliver training and coaching to the team leaders and members: ?Ensure personnel understands the operational environment of an inside sales organization
?Ensure personnel understand the process and the procedures
?Ensure personnel has the required knowledge, information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently & effectively
•Create a reporting tool to track the team’s performance
Job Requirements:Profile:
* Minimum 5 years of related experience in running Inside Sales organizations
* BA required, MBA preferred
* Outstanding relationship building and customer handling skills
* Proven experience in establishing Inside Sales organizations in global companies
* Must possess excellent management skills to establish and grow inside sales teams
* Executive level strategy, communication, and presentation skills are required
* Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
* Strong analytical skills and financial competency, especially with regard to measurements of sales representative productivity
* Experience in dealing with C level executives
* Experience with sales automation tools
* Experience or a deep understanding of the Asian market requirements Is an advantage
* High proficiency in English, written and verbal

The Product Marketing Manager provides business line support for planning marketing programs, channel support, and sales support for Stratasys products, with an emphasis on new product launches. This position interacts cross-functionally with solutions business units, corporate marketing, regional sales, and operational support to ensure that all marketing plans and materials are appropriately aligned and ready for launch. The Product Marketing Manager will analyze and evaluate the impact of marketing and sales support activities as a basis for assisting in forecasting and making adjustments to improve effectiveness and sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
?Work closely with the product development team to determine the most profitable course for existing and new products.
?Support the regional marketing teams to achieving cross-functional alignment, readiness and strong momentum ahead of new product launches.
?Act as the subject matter expert for products and materials, including key drivers and trends, target audiences and the competitive landscape.
?Lead the development, implementation, and consistent utilization of tools and processes to capture, analyze, and share market and competitor intelligence insights.
?Work cross functionally with sales, corporate marketing, and corporate product marketing to determine product/materials requirements for each target customer/user category.
?Work with the global sales enablement team in creating, scheduling and delivering training programs and tools for regional business teams as well as for both direct and indirect channel sales teams
?Provides support with tactical development of integrated campaigns for demand generation and product launches – including but, not limited to: webinar presentations, video/photography, brochures, spec sheets, production and events
?Act as a subject matter expert for products and materials, including key drivers and trends, target audiences and the competitive landscape
Job Requirements:Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physical/Material Science, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA a plus.
?5+ years related experience in product marketing, marketing communications, content development, advertising and project management.
?Experience with a mid-sized, international technology company. Multidisciplinary is a plus.
?Experience developing and managing GTM plans for B2B technology-based offerings.
?Experience developing and managing launch plans for technology-based offerings.
?Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, creative, strategic thinking, planning and project management skills successfully applied to winning marketing efforts.
?Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
?Ability to write marketing copy and proofread others copy with correct English grammar and usage.
?Proficient in office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce.com.
?High proficiency in English, written and verbal
?Travel at least 20% of the time.
