Teva's Total Reward unit in Israel is looking for an analyst, for a student position.
The position's main responsibilities are:
Support all compensation & benefits benchmarking processes in Israel, working closely with Israel Compensation lead and HRs, and support maintaining the pay-ranges data
Support Israel and overall IM Connect process, working closely with regional TR team, including data preparation and set up in EC, all analytics prior, during and post connect
Support the annual C&B review process for Israel and IM, including analytics and presentation preparation for reviews with business leaders. Work closely with other IM TR and local HRD
Support all other compensation related processes outside Connect, such as off-cycle requests, market adjustments, Restructuring and Retention packages, working closely with Israel Compensation lead, HRDs, HRO&S, and local finance
Support IM TR team with data consolidation, analytics and templates preparations
Support any other assignments, projects, and initiatives related to Total Rewards as will be required from time to time
The position is a part- time job and suitable for students.

The Principal Statistician position is for a skilled scientist with training and experience in statistics, drug development, and clinical research.
