The role: Reblaze is seeking a high-profile Marketing leader to develop, create and lead all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy and budget across all channels through execution.

You will define and manage global marketing programs to meet and exceed the target KPIs.
You will plan, scope, execute, and have full ownership and responsibility for the Reblaze's brand recognition, positioning, global marketing strategy and activities as well as own the creation of the company’s new business Sales funnel.
The role will include developing the inbound marketing plan and infrastructure, building the demand generation for creating a stream of new qualified leads and opportunities in order to meet and exceed sales goals
You will have full ownership of Digital Marketing (online content, social media programs, SEO activities, marketing programs), Field marketing (events, seminars and partners’ marketing activities) and also manage and optimize the Marketing budget to achieve a positive ROI
Job Requirements:Proven experience of +8 years of Marketing Leadership(VP roles) in a global B2B Cyber security and SaaS platform company
Demonstrated success in owning and building a marketing strategy, plan, and annual budgets
Proven track record in marketing performance and growth, creating brand recognition in a startup/growing company
B2B marketer with an insatiable drive to grow the business and reach new markets

Excellent understanding of the cybersecurity market and trends
Proven track record in scaling marketing performance and operations
Proven success in creating brand recognition
Brings a result-driven approach to marketing
A positive leader with a hands-on approach
Proven achievements in scaling sales funnels and conversion rates, making the highest positive impact on the company’s revenue

We are growing our Sales team to capitalize on the strong growth of our solutions in the market. The team interacts with world-class customers from different industries, ranging from eCommerce and Finance among others. Successful SDR will generally progress to positions of increasing responsibility of the full sales cycle management.

We are looking for outstanding target over-achievers with 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced Sales organization selling one of the most innovative cloud-based web security solutions in a SaaS model.

Primary Responsibilities
Proactively hunt for new business opportunities, map relevant stakeholders in target prospects / funnel customers, and generate sales pipeline by outbound phone, email, vc, digital & social contact with customers and prospects
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Schedule appointments and demos for the different sales teams, when a lead reaches a qualified stage
Nurture leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a regional sales rep
Diligently update HubSpot, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
Achieve and overachieve agreed targets for opportunities and pipeline generation and close deals every week, month, quarter and year
Consistently develop your sales skills, market understanding, solutions knowledge, and customer approach to generate and close valuable business opportunities
Provide inputs and feedback to Sales and Marketing on the quality of the demand generation activities
Take initiatives and propose ideas on new ways to improve & maximize demand generation, leads, pipeline and revenue
Job Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
2 years experience as SDR/BDR in a fast-moving Sales-driven organization, preferably for a - Experience with software/SaaS and Cybersecurity companies- MUST
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed Sales team
Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Hubspot, D&B, LinkedIn, Apollo, and others
Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided by Reblaze
Willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain Reblaze’s unique USPs as it relates to each individual you speak with
Excellent time management and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and tasks
Strong influencing skills and experience interacting with internal executives
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Knowledge of additional language - an advantage
Ability to work in flexible hours
