As Head of Marketing Operations, you will own all aspects of the marketing operations and enable the team to deliver world-class outcomes.
As a result, you will work with multiple departments within the organization, coordinating and managing various projects from all aspects, and ensuring each one is organized, meets deadlines, and meets the highest standards.
• Ensure properly operating MarTech stack – recommend, Implement and manage marketing platforms and automation tools
• Promotion and implementation of operative processes and methods
• Managing marketing projects - creating Gantt charts, following up on tasks, define and monitoring KPI’s and OKR’s
• Establish and refine a cross-channel operational strategy that leverages insights to drive KPIs and improve tracking and reporting
• Be a focal point to Tech departments (Data, Product, R&D)
• Identify and resolve problems, and overcome challenges to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Present deliverables that will impact business decisions (analysis, process changes and more) to senior management
• 4+ years of experience in a similar position
• Managerial experience
• Strong technical skills and hands-on knowledge of systems in the marketing world
• Experience in managing projects and driving cross-company collaboration
• Independent, driven, and eager to learn
• Time and tasks management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
• Professional English, both spoken and written
• Experience in B2B marketing or a similar operations role within a B2B tech company - An advantage
• Experience with AI tools in the marketing field - An advantage
• Experience working for consulting companies - An advantage
