Healthcare Director of Product Management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 8 years in product management roles, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, managing B2B digital health products, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Deep understanding of the life science market access domain, including deep knowledge of the US healthcare domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding analytical skills
Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
