We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Admin to work within our Global IT team. As the Salesforce System Administrator on the CRM team, you will be responsible to help support a suite of enterprise tools, primarily Salesforce Sales and Customer experience Cloud.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor sales and web processes (Partner Community).
Support users with troubleshooting, data fixes, reports, dashboards, and training.
Create documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and training materials to support the implementation and future maintenance of the Salesforce solution
Work closely with IT CRM Team in order to analyze new Requirements optimal solution deploy.
Training Superusers across all FineLine Subsidiaries
Preform as the first point of contact for CRM Support.
Proactively solve problems with a solution-oriented mindset.

דרישות התפקיד

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Hands on experience in deployment of customer experience cloud (Salesforce communities)
a must.
Fluent in English with professional-level communication skills – a must.
Certified Salesforce Admin – An advantage.
Experience building custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and email alerts in Salesforce – MUST
·Experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and other Salesforce security.
