Full Stack Team Lead – Hybrid Position
תיאור משרה
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead to join a leading tech company and take ownership of end-to-end development, team leadership, and architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in an Agile environment
• Take a hands-on role in developing with .NET Core, Node.js, and React
• Design and maintain complex web applications and services
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams
• Manage relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Drive technical growth and best practices within the team
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong skills in .NET Core, Node.js, and React
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring dev teams
• Solid knowledge of software architecture and design principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience developing GIS systems using Open Layers, Leaflet, or ESRI (ArcGIS) – major advantage
