Factory 54 is looking for a E-Commerce Growth & Performance Manager
you will take full ownership of the digital store for a new international fashion brand entering the Israeli market. From shaping the online shopping experience to leading performance marketing campaigns, you’ll be responsible for driving traffic, engagement, and conversions — turning digital strategy into tangible business results.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and action. You will collaborate closely with Irani Corp’s local e-commerce and buying teams, as well as the brand’s global partners, to ensure alignment, agility, and a best-in-class digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the brand’s local e-commerce store, overseeing site merchandising, user experience (UX), and campaign planning and execution
• Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate networks
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and customer retention
• Collaborate with local buying, content, and operations teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and storytelling are aligned with brand and commercial objectives
• Create and localize engaging digital content in partnership with local and global teams, ensuring consistency, creativity, and market relevance
• Lead initiatives to grow the brand’s online community, engagement, and customer loyalty
• Drive continuous testing, learning, and innovation across the entire digital funnel
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on performance, insights, and growth opportunities
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Proven success managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc., with strong focus on ROAS optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and influence strategic decisions
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with a creative sensibility for brand and content development
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Passion for fashion, global brands, and building brands from the ground up
