Your Professional Background Includes
•Experience as a Technical Writer in the software/technology industry
•Writing user manuals, SOPs, API documentation, installation guides, training content, and release notes
•Roles such as editor, UX/microcopy writer, e-learning content creator, or online help author
In This Role, You Will
•Develop and maintain a wide range of content: user guides, in-app help, standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding materials, and developer/API documentation
•Write new content and update legacy materials in accordance with our Style Guide and tone of voice
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, R&D, QA, and Marketing to ensure documentation aligns with feature delivery and go-to-market messaging
•Learn new business processes daily and explain them in clear, simple language
•Translate and edit content in both Hebrew and English – fluency in both languages is required
•Contribute to in-product help and knowledge base content for multiple user types
•Upload and manage content in our internal knowledge platforms
•Act as a focal point for documentation standards and knowledge sharing across the company
What You Bring
•Fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
•Proven experience writing clear, well-structured content for software products
•Proficient with technical writing tools and quick to adopt new technologies
•Ability to explain complex product features and business processes to both technical and non-technical audiences
•Familiarity with ERP, financials, logistics, or retail systems – a strong advantage
•Experience in UX writing, microcopy, or e-learning – a plus
•Detail-oriented, fast learner, and self-starter with strong time management skills
•Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
