1. Lead the transition from development to manufacturing (NPI), including:
- Defining full process flows from SMT to final assembly.
- Developing and implementing production workstations, test stations, and tooling.
- Creating work instructions and supporting pilot builds.
2. Provide hands-on technical support to production lines:
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real-time.
- Drive yield improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor key KPIs such as cycle time, OEE, and first pass yield.
3. Lead engineering changes (ECOs) and implement them in the production environment.
4. Collaborate across departments to solve technical issues, improve workflows, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Participate in EOL planning, build-out execution, and risk mitigation for legacy products.
7. Support cost-reduction and process optimization initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for high-complexity electronics.
- Hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, functional test systems, and final assembly processes.
- Experience supporting NPI, ECO implementation, and production ramp-up. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with root cause tools. - Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English. Preferred Skills: - Experience with networking or data center products. - Familiarity with PLM tools (Agile) and ERP systems. - Experience working in a customer-facing environment with global engineering teams.
