The Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing production schedules, material requirements, and inventory levels to meet customer demand and operational goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, customer-facing interactions, and detailed analysis to ensure smooth production flow and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve and validate sales orders based on capacity and material availability.
- Develop and maintain production plans aligned with customer demand and operational constraints
- Manage and monitor warehouse kitting work plan for production and sub-contractors
- Perform MRP (Material Requirements Planning) analysis to determine material needs.
- Monitor and report shortages, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Manage safety stock levels and Kanban replenishment plans.
- Track inventory levels and turns to optimize stock and reduce excess.
- Support service calls with planning and material coordination.
- Handle Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Material review board (MRB) to ensure timely integration into planning systems.

- Inventory and OTD KPI’s

דרישות התפקיד

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production and material planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools. – Priority is an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone as well as to be a part of a team
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Detail oriented
