About the Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and providing exceptional service to our clients.
You will be the key point of contact for assigned clients, managing their payroll needs and supporting HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and validate all necessary payroll-related data from clients
Perform accurate payroll calculations using designated payroll systems (e.g., Shiklulit, Michpal – advantage)
Prepare and deliver payroll reports and documentation to clients
Coordinate payroll-related payments and ensure timely execution
Handle HR administration tasks related to payroll
Communicate professionally in English with clients, government authorities, and third parties
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, and health insurance regulations
Stay up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation
Draft routine correspondence and documentation as needed
Key Requirements:
3–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
Experience with Shiklulit and Michpal – a strong advantage
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach
