We’re looking for a User Engagement Lead who will shape the strategy, insights, messaging, and cross-functional activation, while leading the marketing direction of GOODS vertical.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends product marketing, user understanding, messaging excellence, and marketplace thinking.
What you will be doing?
- Lead strategies and messaging to increase recurring user engagement, habit formation, and personalization, including AI-driven initiatives
- Shape end-to-end user journeys across web and app, partnering with Product, CRM, Performance, Brand, and App teams to reduce friction and boost logins, opt-ins, and consistent usage
- Own GOODS vertical marketing strategy: positioning, value narrative, and opportunities to grow discovery, engagement, and liquidity, integrated into the engagement flywheel
- Drive key app KPIs (installs, logins, opt-ins, depth of usage) and activate marketing teams to make the app a personalized, recurring entry point
- Analyze behaviors, funnels, and retention signals, conducting research to uncover insights and turn them into actionable opportunities and consistent user-facing messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute activation plans and ensure a cohesive, high-impact user experience across all touchpoints
- 5+ years in product marketing, growth, or marketplace/consumer-tech roles
- Outstanding messaging and ability
- Analytical, user-centric, and insight-driven
- Strong collaboration skills with Product without being a PM
- Experience in consumer-facing platforms, apps, or marketplaces is a strong advantage
