We are looking for a Head of Operational Growth to be the right hand to our GM. This is a key role where you will be the engine behind the business. You will be responsible for finding new opportunities for growth, improving how we work, and using technology to make everything run better.
What you will be doing:
- Look at the business and find places where we can grow or improve. You’ll fix inefficient processes and build new business models when needed
- Map out how information moves within Drushim IL and find ways to make it faster and smoother
- Be the person who brings new AI tools and automation into our daily work
- Look for growth potential both inside and outside the company, including checking if our commission models and sales processes are working as well as they should
- Work closely with the Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to make sure big ideas actually get done
- Work directly with the Vertical's GM to turn strategy into action
- 4+ years in the high-tech, mobility, or digital platform ecosystem
- A proven ability to look at existing processes, identify what’s not working, and build new, improved ways of doing things from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to take a messy problem and create a clear and structured solution
- Deep familiarity with AI tools and the ability to implement them into work processes and teach others how to use them
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and making internal workflows more efficient
- Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
