PandaTS, a leading provider of high-performance fintech solutions for the online trading industry, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Team Lead. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, designing
the company’s global commercial strategy and driving revenue growth through aligned sales and marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution: Translate company goals into actionable sales and marketing plans; oversee the team’s pipeline to ensure targets are met.
Lead the Sales Cycle: Personally manage complex deal negotiations and close high-value brokerage clients, serving as an example for the team.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities in global fintech markets and guide the team’s outreach strategies.
Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with key accounts and internal departments (Success, Product, Delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Coordinate the daily department activities. Provide mentorship, conduct weekly syncs.
Collaborate with the team to execute digital campaigns (PPC, Email, Social) that drive qualified lead generation.
Refine the company’s value proposition and oversee the creation of high-impact sales collateral.
Represent PandaTS at international expos and conferences, coordinating the team’s on-site activities.

What We’re Looking For
7+ years in B2B Sales/Marketing, with at least 3+ years of proven experience managing and coaching a team.
Deep understanding of Fintech, FX, or Online Trading industries is essential.
Proven ability to build strategies that align marketing spend with sales revenue. Experience managing budgets and P&L is a plus.
Ability to lead from the front - guiding the team on complex negotiations and marketing tactics.
Experience navigating international markets and representing the brand at major global expos.
Native-level or fluent English with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
