Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, ERP systems, and supplier management, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, supplier payments, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely vendor reconciliations
• Resolve discrepancies and provide ongoing support to vendors and internal stakeholders
• Record journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to optimize processes
