•Supporting the global procurement management KPI’s Processes – Define, implement, measure and track.
•Support the performance review process for procurement teams, helping them stay aligned with objectives.
•Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain the reporting and data infrastructure to track the performance of teams and initiatives, providing management tools to support impact-focused goals.
•Implementing tools to optimizing day to day work procurement processes
•Track and monitor opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and working capital optimization and collaborate them with the BU’s.
• Savings expert : Trainings on Saving tools and BI systems, BI Reports owner, BI Analyst.
•SharePoint global procurement management portal: Create, update, and maintain the portal content on a regular basic.
•Operational Support for Procurement: Lead operational activities supporting procurement transactions, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Internal Checks auditor according to annual Global work-plan
•Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and align global procurement teams.
