Creative Performance Manager - YEVS ROCHER

We are looking for a Creative Performance Manager to lead the intersection of data, creativity, and performance marketing.
This role blends strategic media thinking with hands-on creative leadership, owning the full lifecycle of performance-driven campaigns- from concept and storytelling to execution, optimization, and scale.

Responsibilities:
• Own and manage performance-driven creative strategy for paid social channels (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, scalability, and growth.
• Lead the creative process end-to-end: ideation, briefing, production, testing, iteration, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, copywriters, and external partners.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual directions grounded in performance insights.
• Analyze campaign data to identify winning creatives, angles, audiences, and growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize budgets to maximize efficiency and results.
• Build and maintain structured testing frameworks and scalable creative workflows.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, creative formats, audience behavior, and AI-powered tools.
