Belement Engineering Analysis is seeking a highly detail-oriented Lab Technical Report Writer to support the creation of accurate, clear, and well-organized technical reports. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and lab manager to convert field data, laboratory results, calculations, and inspection documentation into compliant, client-ready reports that meet internal standards and regulatory requirements according to Lab standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical and analytical data. A background in technical writing, engineering, or a related field is required. Prior experience writing reports in engineering, scientific, environmental, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, report preparation, data analysis
• Experience working with standardized templates, formatting guidelines, and documented procedures
• Familiarity with engineering, scientific, laboratory, or analytical data
• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused industries (engineering, environmental, healthcare, legal, finance, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as PDF editing tools
• Experience with business intelligence or reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
