As a Quality Engineer, you will lead and support quality activities across the organization, with a strong interface to both automotive and non-automotive customers. The role includes close collaboration with process engineering, manufacturing, and multiple internal functions to ensure compliance with customer requirements and continuous improvement of product and process quality .
:Key Responsibilities
• Routine interface with customers: understand requirements, support quality events, customer audits, and continuous improvement plans.
• Lead and participate in investigations of customer complaints and internal quality issues (including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
• Implement and provide training on quality methodologies and systems within the global organization .
• Collaborate with process engineering to analyze process-related issues and drive robust, sustainable solutions.
• Follow up on quality indices/metrics; initiate, lead, and support quality improvement projects and activities .
• Perform internal audits and risk assessments in the organization and support external/customer audits .
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience) .
• Familiarity with process engineering and/or semiconductor manufacturing flows – strong advantage.
• Semiconductor and/or automotive experience with good engineering judgment – advantage.
• Experience or strong interest in quality engineering, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to lead teams and drive change across different functions .
• Good collaboration and communication skills; strong personal relationship skills .
• Innovative thinking and ability to find creative solutions.
• High level of ownership, passion for improvement, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently; autodidact and self motivated learner.
