About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on QA Team Lead to join our Digital Division and lead end-to-end quality processes across complex systems, including controllers, web platforms, and mobile applications.
This role combines team leadership + hands-on testing, with a strong focus on building scalable QA processes (manual & automation) and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Define test plans for new features while working closely with development teams and Digital/Product managers
Lead and manage an additional Automation Engineer, including task planning and direct management
Perform and oversee manual and automated testing for controller systems, web platforms, and mobile apps

Build and implement end-to-end QA processes (manual & automation)

Manage bug lifecycle: identify, validate, track, and close issues in collaboration with development teams

Analyze production issues and lead continuous improvement processes
