Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Compliance Specialist to join our global Compliance team.
Reporting to the Global Head of Ethics and Compliance (Israel & India), this role supports and implements ICL’s global compliance programs.
• Develop and implement ethics and compliance policies.
• Support Anti-Bribery & Corruption and regulatory initiatives.
• Monitor global regulations and translate them into business controls.
• Lead cross-functional compliance projects.
• Use AI and data analytics for risk assessment and monitoring.
• Deliver training and promote a strong ethical culture.
• Provide practical solutions to regulatory challenges.
דרישות התפקיד
-Law degree or another relevant academic degree from a reputed institute.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of legal experience. Experience in Compliance or in global organization is an advantage.
-Team player with great people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
-Proven high learning capacity and the ability to master new, diverse compliance domains quickly.
-Proven ability to work with AI tools, automation platforms, and innovative technologies, or a strong capability to learn and apply such tools quickly to support compliance activities.
-Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
