An Exceptional Opportunity: On behalf of a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a strategic and highly operational VP of Supply Chain & Operations to lead a large-scale, complex infrastructure.
This is a rare executive opportunity to oversee a massive supply chain network that ensures the seamless flow of life-saving products within one of the most demanding and highly regulated environments in Israel.
The Role: As VP of Supply Chain, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of a critical infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end management of supply chain activities, including large-scale distribution, advanced logistics center management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: * Leadership & Growth: Lead and inspire a large, diverse workforce, fostering a culture of excellence and personal accountability.
Operational Expertise: Oversee and optimize a state-of-the-art logistics and distribution center, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and scalability.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and uphold the most stringent healthcare regulatory standards (Ministry of Health, GDP, GMP, and international protocols).
Strategic Development: Drive the long-term supply chain roadmap to support rapid organizational growth and the integration of advanced technologies.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key member of the senior executive team, collaborating with internal and external partners to guarantee 100% service continuity.
