4+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)
2+ years of experience in Management
Strong understanding of test design, testing methodologies, release strategies, regression approaches, and risk-based quality management
Proven hands-on experience integrating AI-based tools into QA workflows
Ability to deep-dive into technical issues and lead investigations end-to-end
Strong analytical, debugging, and system-level thinking
Ability to build structured, scalable QA processes that teams can reliably execute

• Proven experience in writing test documents
• Jira or other Quality Management Systems - hands-on experience
• BSc in Electric & Electronic Engineering - advantage
• Perfect Hebrew and English reading and writing skills, more languages – advantage
