About Us: International real-estate development
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office and analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support various administrative functions, ensure smooth operations in the back office and help with economic analyst to support the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain records, documentation and database (CRM) management
• Manage collection (platform and communication with clients)
• Data analysis and production of management reports
• Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the Financial team with administrative tasks and reporting
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks and agreement preparation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a back office or administrative role
• Strong Excel Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of Google Script programming – an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
