We are seeking an experienced, hands-on R&D Lab Engineer to support hardware development, system integration, verification & validation activities, and multidisciplinary testing within an advanced engineering lab.
The ideal candidate brings strong electrical/electronic hardware skills, proven experience with integration, lab instrumentation, debugging, and the ability to work across HW/SW boundaries in a fast-paced R&D environment.
This role is central to building prototypes, running experiments, developing test setups, executing system tests, and supporting R&D teams across the organization throughout the R&D process of different company products.
Key Responsibilities:
• • Set up, commission, calibrate, and maintain electronic lab instruments and test systems.
• Build prototypes, wiring harnesses, fixtures, and test setups for HW evaluation and integration.
• Work with analog and digital systems: data acquisition, signal measurement, reading electrical schematics, and supporting PCB-level debugging.
• Run electrical, functional, and system-level tests; collect, validate, and analyze data.
• Support HW/SW integration and troubleshoot electronic and electro mechanical issues.
• Maintain lab organization, equipment logs, calibration records, and inventory.
• Support R&D engineers with test execution, root-cause investigations, and technical documentation.
