Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision of day-to-day financial matters of the subsidiaries abroad and Company's Global operation: accounts trade receivables, accounts payable, cash flow, management of external finance teams.
* Support management in the preparation of the company’s quarterly and annual financial statements and tax filings. Work with external auditors during quarterly, year-end audits and tax reports.
* Manage the budgets of company units. Preparation of reports and financial analysis BvA (Excel / PPT) for top management.
* The Director of finance will be responsible for implementation of the financial control policies.
* Support operations in related areas.
Reporting to group the CFO.
* Certified Public Accountant.
* Graduate of one of the Big Four accounting firms.
* 3+ years of working experience as assistant controller / controller in the finance. department of traded company – must.
* Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) – must
* Willingness to travel abroad.
* Experience in financial aspects of project management - advantage
* Highly proficient in Excel and PPT.
