Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Applications team and help design and scale our sales processes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Salesforce analysis skills with hands-on experience in CPQ solutions, particularly DealHub, and has a deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to design and optimize the end-to-end sales workflow - from opportunity to quote and beyond.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Design and optimize end-to-end sales processes
- Implement and maintain CPQ configurations, with a focus on DealHub
- Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance system functionality
- Take full ownership of the technical setup within Salesforce, from custom objects and fields to advanced validation rules and platform events
- Define product catalog structures, pricing logic, bundles, and discount frameworks
- Design approval workflows and quoting processes for the sales organization
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to improve revenue workflows
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce, CPQ, and other business systems (ERP, billing, etc.)
- Document business processes and system configurations
