We are looking for an Email Marketer to own, build and scale our email marketing function from strategy through to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in systems, able to design sophisticated automation flows and segmentation logic while also rolling up their sleeves to write copy and hit send. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure leads are captured correctly, segmented effectively, and nurtured through

:What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle flows
Build, manage, and optimize automated email sequences and triggered workflows
Develop and maintain a robust segmentation framework to deliver the right message to the right audience
Write clear, high-quality copy in excellent English across all email formats
Ensure lead generation forms, integrations, and CRM data flows work properly
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise for open rates, CTR, and conversion
Collaborate cross-functionally to align email activity with broader marketing and product initiatives
Stay current with email marketing best practices, tools, and inbox trends
:Requirements
Four + years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM operations
Proven track record building and managing automated flows and campaigns
Experience managing lead capture flows from forms or landing pages into CRM and automation sequences
Strong experience with audience segmentation and personalization at scale
Excellent command of written English with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy
Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and lead capture systems (forms, landing pages, etc.)
Hands-on experience with at least one major ESP (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
Analytical mindset, comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
Basic design skills for producing simple email visuals independently
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
:Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment, ideally building the email function from scratch
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template editing
Exposure to broader marketing stack integrations beyond ESP (e.g. connecting CRM to ad platforms, webhooks, Zapier)
