Purpose of the Role:
The International Recruitment Advisor is responsible for guiding prospective international students throughout the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment—by providing personalized support, addressing individual needs, and driving conversion through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective international students via phone, email, and digital channels, providing accurate and timely guidance.
Conduct one-on-one consultations with candidates, understand their needs, and match them with suitable academic programs.
Manage and follow up on leads throughout the full admissions funnel
Represent the university in webinars, meetings, and recruitment events
Identify gaps and opportunities in the recruitment and admissions process based on ongoing interaction with candidates.
Work effectively in a multicultural environment, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
Support and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives, including process improvements and new program development, as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or final-year student - Required
Fluency in English and Hebrew (additional languages such as Russian or French – advantage).
Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, admissions, recruitment, or similar).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and processes simultaneously
High level of initiative, responsibility, and independence.
Experience working in a multicultural environment – advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools – advantage.
