yad2 is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Retention & Marketing Automation Lead to join our fast-paced marketing team and lead the execution of smart, personalized, and scalable customer journeys.

What you will be doing?
- Owns the marketing automation and retention strategy, leading a team from planning through execution and optimization
- Design personalized, data-driven customer journeys across multiple channels, including email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, landing pages, and more
- Own native app Marketing GTM and retention processes, driving key app KPIs such as installs and usage, in close collaboration with the Product team
- Take full ownership of the Braze platform - ensuring effective setup, scalability, and alignment with business KPIs
- Define segmentation, touch rules, lifecycle design, journey orchestration, testing, optimization, lead scoring, and dynamic content strategies for personalized, high-impact campaigns and new activities
- Build and maintain key retention and engagement KPIs per vertical.
- Evaluate performance, build reports, dashboards, and constantly test/refine messaging while translating insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Tech, and Brand teams to align messaging and funnel strategies
- Gradually take over all automation operations from external vendors and internalize full control within the team
- Be the go-to expert while supporting and mentoring our existing Marketing Automation Specialist, paving the way for future leadership

דרישות התפקיד

- 3-4 years hands-on experience in marketing automation, leading strategy and execution
- Hands-on proven track record of expertise with Braze (customer engagement platform) (Journey Builder, Automation, segmentation, personalization) - Must
- Strong content instinct with sharp marketing judgment, knows what copy works and how to make creatives convert
- Experienced in high-scale B2C digital product environments (marketplace, eComm, apps, fintech, etc.)
- Experience with native app marketing and retention - Huge advantage
- Previous experience with other Marketing Automation systems (HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, etc.) - Advantage
- Passionate about growth, utilizing marketing technology to impact on ROI and revenue
- Strategic thinker with proven leadership and strong analytical skills
- Strong communicator and collaborator across teams
- Fluent in English - Advantage
- Fluent in HTML/CSS - Advantage
