Director of Product, Payments Platform
7+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years in a leadership role managing PMs or cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in fintech, payments, or payment orchestration, with deep knowledge of processing, acquiring, and compliance requirements.
Experience in building and scaling complex B2B or B2B2C payment products.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to company growth and revenue impact.
Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
Passion for innovation and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Product Management Experience – 5+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B SaaS enterprise-grade products from conception to launch.
Technical Acumen – Ability to go deep into complex technical flows spanning multiple endpoints and cloud architectures.
Interpersonal Skills – Excellent ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision in describing use cases and features.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred) – Familiarity with the institutional digital asset space—including wallets, custody, compliance, or crypto infrastructure—is a strong advantage.
Education – BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience.
