joinA leading, data-driven media-buying company that developed its in-house innovative technology is expanding its Israeli branch and is looking for a Yield Optimizer.
The right candidate is working for a large publisher or (preferably) at a large ad network and has solid experience in the sales-side of the programmatic business.
Implementation and operation of header-bidding, optimization of floor pricing strategies.
Work with and monetize the existing publishers (there is no need to get new ones - only monetize the current publishers).
Use DFP technology (that’s probably the main tech that will be in use).
Job Requirements:Expertise in SSPs and Ad-exchanges management: negotiations and executions of PMPs and Programmatic Guaranteed, in-depth understanding of priority deals for retargeting.
Expertise in DFP (Double-click For Publishers), wide expertise in the management of ad servers from the sales-side (site-tagging and optimization, water-falling, solving of latency issues).
Contacts and past experience of working with leading SSPs (Appnexus, Rubicon, Adx, etc.) and, ideally, also with video SSPs.
